Decathlon Recruitment Switzerland
With over 20 stores and more than 1,000 employees in just two years, Decathlon Switzerland wanted to strengthen its employer brand and increase its visibility in the Swiss market through a new recruitment-focused website.
Following a successful first collaboration with Decathlon France on its HR website, Wokine was brought in to design and develop the complete redesign of the site dedicated to recruitment and internal communication.






The objectives of the Decathlon Switzerland website
The new website had to address three major challenges:
- Showcase careers and growth paths within Decathlon: An editable directory highlights the diversity of departments and opportunities.
- Strengthen the employer brand in the Swiss market: Video testimonials give employees a voice, enhancing authenticity.
- Develop new HR communication tools tailored to the needs of the local market.
Comprehensive digital support
We offered comprehensive digital support, from the strategic consulting phase to technical development, including graphic design and UX design.
The website was designed to be:
- multilingual, to reflect Switzerland’s cultural diversity.
- responsive, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience across all devices.
- intuitive and accessible, making it easy to quickly find the desired information.
Decathlon’s DNA was integrated at the core of the design through:
- A modern and innovative design that respects the brand’s visual identity.
- Dynamic visuals and illustrations, subtle animations, and clear pictograms.
- A balance between aesthetics and accessibility, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience.
During Decathlon’s global graphic redesign, Wokine updated the design of the Swiss HR website to align it with the new brand guidelines and ensure visual continuity across the entire brand.
