Hauts-de-France Innovation Tourisme (HIT)
A land of culture, innovation, and economic development, the Hauts-de-France region aims to build on these three strengths to promote tourism within its territory.
It is with this objective in mind that Hauts-de-France Innovation Tourisme (HIT) was created in 2023 — a project designed to develop synergies among stakeholders in the sector, unify its ecosystem, and support innovative initiatives in tourism.






How ?
Hosted at Plaine Images, HIT enlisted Wokine to create a digital platform aimed at showcasing the various local stakeholders, connecting them, and inspiring them.
To launch such an ambitious website in time for the W’IT (Week-End Innovation Tourisme), we adopted a phased work approach.
This flexible approach allowed us to develop the essential components first, particularly the page dedicated to the event, before gradually adding other features. This method energized the project, which spanned several months.
The largest part of the website is the directory section, which facilitates connections between the various service providers. The challenge also lay in integrating the different tools used within their digital ecosystem, such as their CRM solution Hubspot and their ticketing system Eventbrite.
By highlighting the event, this new website contributed to the success of the W’IT. From now on, this flagship event will take place every year, rather than every two years!
