Club Santé Premium
Club Santé Premium is a network dedicated to supporting private dental surgeons, with a clear mission: to improve their quality of life by easing the daily management of their practices.
To accelerate its digital development, Club Santé Premium wanted to modernize its digital ecosystem to expand its community, optimize internal processes, and provide a seamless user experience for its 800 members. To meet this challenge, they turned to Wokine, our digital communication agency, to design a custom solution combining a showcase website and a professional extranet.
A showcase website and a customized extranet
The showcase website embodies the Club’s values, presents its services, highlights its partners, and facilitates converting visitors into members. The UX approach was designed to streamline navigation, with custom animations to enhance the user experience.
A custom extranet designed specifically for club members was also developed (in Laravel). It serves as a personalized digital hub for members, providing access to exclusive resources and acting as a central tool to support their daily activities.
It includes:
– An automated account creation module. Information from Odoo is used to automatically generate user accounts, avoiding duplicate entries and simplifying internal processes.
– Access to various documents: invoices, contracts, etc.
– Real-time news, fetched via the WordPress API.
– A partner catalog with product sheets and an integrated search bar.
A TMA contract was established to ensure the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the website and extranet. The goal: to guarantee continuous improvement of the user experience and address the network’s future needs.
