Promote employment at Decathlon.
The Decathlon group had a recruitment site which had become obsolete and unappealing. The main objective was to enhance the access to career information for collaborators and candidates while promoting the company's philosophy and internal sense of well-being.
It was important to propose a platform that was accessible to as many people as possible, with modern yet simple ergonomics. We wanted to put the career at the center of our strategy by according it an important place in the universe of the site. This strategy gave rise to a site that is interactive, visual, and content-rich, perfectly promoting the modernity of the group as well as its dynamism.

Search by area of competence.
The search engine presents a general entrance to all careers, and was conceived in order to globally function with any keyword. In this way, candidates who are unfamiliar with the different career options of the brand can find the one that suits them with just one click.
Focus on the brand.
Because it’s important to know more about the brand before thinking working for it, a large part of the site is dedicated to the brand Decathlon and its values.

Each collaborator isn’t here by chance : they love sport. We created a specific part where everyone can discover how much they are passionnated with their respective discipline, and how Decathlon help them live their passion.
The job description, centerpiece of the site.
Each Decathlon career is unique, no matter what the level of studies or qualifications. An information-rich page was therefore created for each career in each subsidiary.

Decathlon wished to promote the career evolution and perspectives within its company. This is why we created independent pages for each of the company’s branches presenting the branch and all of its careers.

An interactive, intuitive representation of the history was developed to best display the key events in the brand’s history.

Decathlon has trusted us since 2013. We work together all year long to challenge each function and to improve the platform. This is a perfect example of a successful, long-term collaboration.
