Aware of the social and environmental issues related to digital technology, Wokine is committed to implementing positive and sustainable solutions with all of its stakeholders. .

In a disrupted world, and in an industry that is in constant evolution, our charter enables us to take into account the social, economic, and environmental impacts of the agency in all their dimensions.

Conscious of the impact of digital technology on the environment, Wokine is committed to reducing its footprint, and supporting clients in their digital development with tailored recommendations. The agency aims to develop long-term relationships with all its stakeholders.

Our CSR charter is the result of work that has been ongoing for several years. It confirms our motivation to continue reducing our impacts, better address the challenges, implement new actions, and evolve this charter.

Each member of the team participated in defining these commitments, and each one validated the entirety of this charter consistent with the agency's mission and values.

Sustainable development.

We support Les Enchanterres, a solidarity project whose mission is to collect, process, and value our food waste. This project, carried by the ALORE association, supports people in professional reintegration.

We favor local partners for agency activities and seminars.

Public transportation passes are fully covered.

Working from home is part of our organization, and video conferences are preferred for long-distance appointments.

Long-lasting relationships.

Regular and transparent exchange sessions are set up in groups or individually according to the needs of employees and agency topics.

The integration of new employees is personalized. They are assigned a mentor to facilitate their arrival.

Employees can, if they wish, share their knowledge on a topic related to the agency, digital, etc. This sharing moment takes place monthly and allows us to exchange on a current topic.

The support provided to clients is personalized according to their needs. The journey is co-created to find the most suitable digital solution. Our Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Social commitments..

We donate 1% of our turnover to one or more associations with a local impact, and we commit to these associations.

We regularly welcome young people from the region for internships or apprenticeships to train them and share our profession with them. Some of us also mentor students in schools in the region.

We work with associations that enable students and young professionals to venture into the digital world, imagine projects, or bring them to fruition.

We regularly participate in events that highlight associations such as Pink October, Stop Violence Against Women, Action Against Hunger...

Our commitment is constantly evolving and is validated by all the employees of the agency.
